Check the logo and certificate
Since the launch of safety glass product certification in 2003, most architectural laminated glass manufacturers in China have passed product certification. Enterprises must silk-screen or paste the 3C logo on the body of the product they sell, or add the 3C logo on its smallest outer packaging and accompanying documents (such as certificates of conformity). When purchasing a product, you should first check whether it has the 3C logo, and check online whether the purchased product is within the scope of the company's mandatory certification capabilities based on the company information, factory number or product certification certificate, and whether the certification certificate is valid. Check the appearance and quality
Check the appearance quality of the product. Laminated glass should not have cracks or debonding; the length or width of the edge should not exceed the thickness of the glass; scratches and abrasions should not affect the use; defects such as bubbles, impurities or other observable opaque objects in the middle layer should not exceed the requirements of GB/T 15763.3 standard.
During use, external impact should be avoided as much as possible, especially for tempered laminated glass, which should avoid sharp impact. When cleaning the glass, be careful not to scratch, abrade or abrade the glass surface to avoid affecting its optical performance, safety performance and appearance. Neutral glue should be used when installing laminated glass, and contact with acidic glue is strictly prohibited.
