"One-step molding" vacuum glass production process
The glass is heated, vacuumed, and sealed in a special vacuum chamber. There are no exhaust holes on the surface or corners of the glass.
Vacuum composite insulating glass
It consists of two pieces of clear glass and one piece of Low-E glass, which consists of a high vacuum cavity and a hollow cavity. Compared with single-cavity vacuum glass, it can further reduce edge heat conduction. The thermal insulation performance is about 10 times that of ordinary insulating glass. It can be directly installed on doors, windows or other frames. The commonly used total thickness of glass is about 27.5mm or 32.5mm
Warranty and after-sales service
The warranty period of vacuum glass is 15 years. If the damage is not caused by human factors, our company will replace the vacuum glass of the same size for free.
