Patterned glass inspection method

(1) The inspection method for glass size deviation (including deflection), missing corners, curvature, edge protrusion and incompleteness shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of "Flat Glass" (GB 11614-2009).
(2) The glass thickness is measured at the midpoints of the four sides using a 50mm diameter plate gauge.
(3) When inspecting the lines, heat rings, inclusions, bubbles, wrinkles, scars, cracks and pressure points of the glass, the glass shall be placed vertically and observed under natural light at a distance of 0.6m from the glass with the eyes perpendicular to the glass surface.
(4) There are three forms of pattern deflection, and the length h is measured with a metal ruler.
