Product Description:
Tempered safety glass is a glass with uniform surface pressure. It is made by heating float glass to a temperature close to the softening point (600-650°) and then rapidly cooling the glass surface. During the instant cooling process, the glass surface solidifies while the interior of the glass cools relatively slowly. This process will bring about compressive stress on the glass surface and internal tensile stress, which can improve the mechanical strength of the glass through germination, thereby producing good thermal stability.
