Reflective Laminated Glass
REXI low-E glass has multiple layers of pure silver, which can reflect the sun's far infrared rays and has excellent heat insulation performance. Its energy-saving performance far exceeds that of traditional glass.
Product Description
Reflective laminated glass is made of two or more thoroughly cleaned reflective glass sheets and one or more polyvinyl butyral (PVB) sheets, which are bonded to each other in a clean room. The laminated glass is then pre-strengthened by a rolling process at a high temperature of about 200°C, and then the glass is placed on a rack and put into an autoclave at a high temperature of about 130°C and a pressure of 10 bar.
With the dramatic increase in the use of safety glass in all aspects of life, laminated glass has become a key component in realizing modern interior decoration and exterior architecture with its strength and safety characteristics such as hurricane and impact resistance, bomb or other explosion resistance, noise reduction, glass floors and stairs, earthquake resistance, doors and windows, etc.
